The Mustard Festival Grand Dinner at FARM
PlumpJack Management Groups FARM at The Carneros Inn to hold Mustard Festival Grand Dinner.
Febuary 23rd, 2007 – The Grand Dinner at this years Mustard Festival is going to be held at The Carneros Inn. The FARM is owned by PluckJack Management Group and promises to be an outstanding venue.
The Grand Dinner is one of the premier events of the Mustard Festival. This year’s dinner is going to feature seven courses from FARM Executive Chef Kimball Jones, Robert Curry from Auberge de Soleil, Jonnatan Leiva from Jack Falstaff, Alejandro Ayala from Meadowood, James Syhabout from PlumpJack Cafe San Francisco, Ken Frank from La Toque, and Pastry Chef David Baker from FARM.
Each course is going to be paired with the perfect Napa Valley wine. Wines from HdV – Hyde Vineyards, PlumpJack Wines, Etude, Honig, Domaine Carneros, Ceja, Groth and Far Niente will be poured at the event. There will also be a reception featuring Domaine Carneros Sparkling Wine as well as a silent auction of rare Napa Valley wines.
Tickets for the black tie event run $350 per person, and are limited to the first 100 guests.
