Simi Winery Releases 2004 Cab

Alexander Valley’s Simi Winery released their 2004 Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.

simi The 2004 vintage promises to be one of the best to date. Alexander Valley’s unique terrain and climate combine to make for great Cabernet growing conditions. The fruit used to produce this wine was all grown within the Alexander Valley appellation.

Simi Winery’s Winemaker Steve Reeder made this wine from Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, Petite Sirah, and Petit Verdot. It was aged for 13 months 9% new American oak and 33% new French oak.
