Parry Cellars Releases New Wine
St Helena’s Parry Cellars released their 2003 Cabernet Sauvignon to their mailing list and the public.

Parry Cellars is a small production winery in Napa’s famed St Helena wine region. This year’s vintage promises to be one of the best to date. But you should act fast, considering they only produced 220 cases.
According to the Parry Cellars website, “Our 2003 cabernet has a beautiful ruby color with aromas of blueberry, boysenberry, blackberry and well integrated oak with faint notes of cardamom, white pepper and truffle oil.”
The 2003 Cabernet was aged for 18 months in 100% French oak barrels (44% new and 56% once-used). It was bottled without fining and filtration.
