Lail Vineyards Releases their '04 Blueprint

Howell Mountain’s Lail Vineyards released their 2004 Blueprint, a proprietary red wineon February 1st, 2007.

lailblueprint The 2004 vintage promises to be the best yet. The varietal blend in this years release is 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 34% Merlot and 16% Cabernet Franc.

Lail Vineyard’s 2004 Blueprint was aged for 20 months in 50% new French Oak Barrels. Produced by winemaker Philippe Melka, this wine was limited to 2,00 cases, so get yours soon.

The fruit for this wine was grown in four Napa Valley AVA’s; Oakville, Howell Mountain, St Helena and Coombsville.

Recommended pairings: Salmon, Grilled or Broiled Steaks, hamburgers, pork loin roasts, grilled or roast chicken.
