Kendall-Jackson Winery to hold Blending Seminars
Red Hills' Kendall-Jackson Winery is going to hold seminars on how blend wine, including; a seminar on Blending Cabernet Sauvignon and Bordeaux Blends.
Titled, the art of blending, Kendall-Jackson is going to hold seminars on the final steps of the winemaking process. This is going to be a hands-on class where you will be able to create your own blend from wines from different appellations across California.
These classes are going to be held at the Kendall-Jackson wine center in northern Santa Rosa. Here are the upcoming classes:
April 28th, 2007 – 10am – 2pm – The Art of Blending Cabernet Sauvignon
May 19th, 2007 – 10am – 2pm – Bordeaux Blends
