Explore El Dorado’s Harvest Weekend will be held on September 8th and 9th, 2007. Events include a candlelight wine tasting, garden to table cooking class, apple butter blues, harvest adventure, and microbrews & you.

Located in the Sierra Foothills, El Dorado is one of the oldest wine producing regions in the state. Harvest Weekend celebrates the storied history of local grape growing and winemaking as well as the other agricultural industries in this quaint area.

Explore El Dorado’s Harvest Weekend is sponsored by the City of Placerville, the Agriculture Council of El Dorado, the County of El Dorado, and the El Dorado County Chamber of Commerce. For more information, call (800) 457-6279.
