Darioush Winery Releases new Wine
Oak Knoll’s Darioush Winery is one of the best wineries in the Napa Valley and they have released their 2001 Signature Shiraz Retrospective.
Darioush makes its home in Oak Knoll, a wine region in the heart of Napa Valley. They are known for their Bordeaux style wines, but also produce several other wines, including Rhone blends. They have recently released their a library Shiraz, and it is available for purchase.
Darioush 2001 Signature Shiraz Retrospective
- This wine is made of 100% Syrah fruit grown in the Napa Valley, and was aged in 100% French Oak. According to the winery, this wine has “Deep scents of violets, aromatic herbs, bittersweet chocolate and espresso bean end in a delicious spicy black pepper edge. A lush core of deep blueberry is dramatically layered with rich, blackberry notes ending in a long creamy silk finish.”
