Coombsville's Farella Vineyard Releases ’02 Cab and Merlot
Combsville’s Farella Vineyards releases their 2002 Farella Park Cabernet Sauvignon and 2002 Farella Park Merlot.
2002 Farella-Park Cabernet Sauvignon
In 2001, Farella Vineyards began practicing new vineyard management techniques which have manifested themselves in their ’02 Cab. 2002 was a great vintage for Farella Vineyards and it shows with the enhanced the flavor and balance of their Cabernet. It’s a steal at $32.00 bottle.
Not to be out done, Farella Vineyards also released their 2002 Merlot. Its “rich, smooth and opulent blueberry/cassis aromas and flavors with a complex, spicy backbone are the hallmarks of our Merlot.” Says winemaker Tom Farella. The 2002 a great value at $24.00 per bottle.
