Bink Wines Wins Several Awards

Bink Wines is a new wine label based in the Yorkville Highlands AVA. Owners Deborah Schatzlein and Cindy Paulson recently won some impressive awards for their wines.

Bink Yorkville Highlands’ Bink wines had a great showing at the prestigious San Francisco Chronicle Wine Competition; the 2004 Hawks Butte Vineyard Estate Syrah won a Silver Medal, the 2004 Weir Vineyard Pinot Noir won a Bronze Medal, and the 2005 Randle Hill Vineyard Sauvignon Blanc was also awarded a Bronze Medal.

The winery was also the runner up for the 2007 People’s Choice Winery Award at Mendocino Crab and Wine Days. To celebrate these awards, Schatzlein and Paulson are offering a 25% discount for members of their wine club.
