Upcoming events from Dry Creek Valley’s Amphora Wines.
Amphora Wines is known for their Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel. They do produce a great Zinfandel, but also participate in interesting events. Here is a list of their upcoming events;
March 2 – 4 and 9 – 11, 2007 – Barrel Weedends ‘Amphorcentric Minerality’
- This years Barrel Tasting will be two weekends instead of one, and as always will be open on Friday. The event begins at 10:30 am, and “doesn’t end until you’ve tried the newest Amphora wines – Ricks’ coveted barrel samples of 2006 Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.”
April 28 – 29, 2007 – 11 – 4 pm: Passport Weekend
- This year’s passport weekend will take place April 28th and 29th. Two-day Passports are $110 per person; Sunday-only Passports are $60 per person. You must be twenty-one or older to participate and no one under twenty-one is allowed entrance into the Passport areas.
