A nice Chardonnay like Grgich Hills does work quite well with turkey at Thanksgiving, especially if the stuffing has walnuts and apples in it. You may want to try a lighter Pinot Noir as well.

A Grgich Hills Chardonnay is the perfect Thanksgiving wine. It's so smooth and comfortable for those who don't drink wine on a regular basis. It makes the mood at the dinner table much more festive because everyone is commenting about how much they like the wine!
