Wiens Family Cellars is a family owned and operated winery located in the Temecula wine region. Winemaker Doug Wiens produces a number of red and white wines at his family’s state-of-the-art facilities.

Wiens Family Cellars recently opened a new tasting room on October 14th, 2006. The property also hosts weddings and other special gatherings at the on-site event pavilion and barrel room.
The winery is owned by four members of the Wiens Family who each have their own role in the business. Jeff Wiens is the general manager, Doug Wiens is the winemaker, George Wiens is the architect, and Dave Wiens takes care of the financials.
The winery produces several different red wines including the 2003 Family Blend Merlot, 2004 Sangiovese, 2002 Family Blend Syrah, 2002 Family Blend Cabernet Sauvignon, 2002 Cabernet Sauvignon, 2002 Zinfandel, and 2005 Meritage. Doug Wiens ferments these wines in small bins before aging them in oak barrels.
The Wiens Family’s white wine production includes the 2004 Blanc De Cabernet, 2005 Sauvignon Blanc, 2004 Malvasia Bianca, 2005 Malvasia Bianca, 2005 Viognier, 2004 White Port, and Sparkling Amour De L’Orange.
