St Supery was founded by Rober Skalli. His family history is deeply rooted in wine. A third generation winemaker, he is a well-versed master. The Napa Valley reminded Skalli of the climate around the Mediterranean Sea. After this impression, he began investing in Napa Valley land in 1982.
St Supery currently owns a 1,500 acre vineyard in the northeast corner of the valley planted with Bordeaux varietals. The winery also owns a vineyard in Rutherford. Their Napa Valley Collection comprises mainly single varietal wines. These include Sauvignon Blanc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Chardonnay, oak-free Chardonnay, Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Petit Verdot, and Moscato.
The Elu Meritage Blend is primarily composed of Cabernet Sauvignon from their Rutherford property. The winery also makes the Dollarhide Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon and Dollarhide Sauvignon Blanc.
