St Clement makes 3 collections of wine: Appellation, Proprietary, and Member’s Only. The Proprietary Collection includes the 2005 Bale Lane Sauvignon Blanc, Abbott’s Vineyard Chardonnay, and Howell Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon.

The Appellation Collection consists of Napa Valley Merlot, Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, and a red blend called Orropas. Member’s Only includes the Abbott’s Vineyard Merlot, Progeny Vineyard Syrah, Progeny Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, Star Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon, and Armstrong Ranch Cabernet Sauvignon.

The 2003 Napa Valley Orropas is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc from several of Napa’s sub-AVAs. The Orropas was aged in 84% new French oak for 18 months.

The St Clement 2002 Napa Valley Merlot is blended with 19% Cabernet Sauvignon and aged in French oak. It is a full-bodied Merlot with spicy cherry, vanilla, and coffee flavors from the oak. 5,008 cases were produced.

The 2002 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is blended with 7% Cabernet Franc and was aged in French oak barrels. 4,748 cases were produced.
