Roessler Cellars currently makes 4,000 annual cases of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling; most of it from single vineyards. Founders Richard and Roger Roessler plan to expand production to 5,000 cases over the next few years. They planted their estate vineyard in 2003.

Prior to joining the Roessler team, winemaker Scott Shapley worked for Siduri Wines, Novy Family Wines, and Crushpad. Crushpad is an innovative business that allows individuals to make their own premium wine under expert guidance. Wells Guthrie is the consulting winemaker for Roessler Cellars.

Current releases include the 2005 Ridges Ollie and Hazel Cask Number 1 Estate Pinot Noir, 2004 Anderson Valley Savoy Vineyard Pinot Noir, 2004 Mendocino Alder Springs Pinot Noir, 2004 Sonoma Coast La Brisa Peay Vineyard Pinot Noir, 2004 Santa Rita Hills Clos Pepe Chardonnay, 2004 Anderson Valley Wiley Vineyard Riesling, 2005 Red Label Sonoma County Pinot Noir, and 2005 Bella Rosa Sonoma County Pinot Noir Rose.
