The private tasting room is in a distinctive tower that stands out against the flat landscape of the Napa Valley floor. Architect Calvin Straub designed the building. Peju is not just about wine; it is also about food, art, mythology, architecture, and landscape.
Sara Fowler is the winemaker at Peju Province. She previously worked for Jed Steele at Kendall Jackson, Franciscan Oakville Estate, Mount Veeder Winery, Quintessa, and Estancia. She makes a number of different wines including Cabernet Sauvignon, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Syrah, Merlot, Zinfandel, and Zinfandel Port.
Executive Chef Max Dudley prepares special dinners and food pairings at the winery. He is also one of the chief spokesmen for Peju and attends many public relations events.
