Located on the eastern side of Highway 29, Nickel & Nickel is one of Napa’s premiere wineries. The owners of Far Niente started this venture in 1997.

Nickel & Nickel is a 42 acre property in the heart of the Oakville AVA. The land was originally settled by John C. Sullenger during the 1880s.
Since the winery’s first vintage in 1997, have only produced 100% varietal wines from single vineyards. This includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Syrah, Zinfandel, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Winemaker Darice Spinelli has over 15 years of experience in the industry. Before her tenure at Nickel & Nickel, she worked at Inglenook, Beaulieu Vineyard, and Franciscan Vineyards.
In 2003, Nickel & Nickel opened a tasting room as well as wine production facilities. The winery is located on the eastern side of Highway 29 just south of the Rutherford AVA.
