Lambert Bridge is located in the Dry Creek Valley AVA. Founder Gerard Lambert began planting vineyards in 1969 and completed the construction of his winery in 1975. The Chambers Family purchased the property in 1993.

Lambert Bridge specializes in handcrafted Zinfandel a Bordeaux blend called Crane Creek Cuvee. Production is currently about 20,000 cases a year and also includes Chardonnay, Viognier, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc.

The winery owns 3 estate vineyards: Winery Ranch, Griffin Vineyard, and Chambers Vineyard. In addition to this homegrown fruit, the Chambers Family also purchases grapes from about 20 other Sonoma County vineyards.

Winemaker Jill Davis is assisted by Mitch Firestone-Gillis. Davis previously worked for Beringer Vineyards, Buena Vista Winery, and William Hill Winery before taking the reigns at Lambert Bridge. Firestone-Gillis has worked form many famous wineries including Balverne Winery, Fisher Vineyards, and Williams Selyem.

The Lambert Bridge 2003 Dry Creek Valley Cane Creek Cuvee is a blend of 80% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon, 3% Cabernet Franc, and 2% Malbec. This wine was aged in 100% French oak (75% new) for 22 months. 489 cases were produced.
