Located near the coast in Arroyo Grande Valley, Laetitia Winery is known for producing Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and sparkling wine. Their vineyard is only four miles from the Pacific Ocean and enjoys an exceptionally long growing season. These vines are constantly exposed to cool sea breezes and coastal fog.
Laetitia was established by winemakers from the Deutz Champagne House and is rich in French tradition. They came to the United States to find a growing area that was similar to their home in Epernay, France.
Laetitia’s vines were planted during the early 1980s. The winery makes single vineyard wines including La Colline Pinot Noir and Les Galets Pinot Noir. The property’s success significantly contributed to AVA recognition for Arroyo Grande Valley in 1990.
