Galante Vineyards

Mark as Favorite

Galante Vineyards has developed a reputation for very good Cabernet Sauvignon. The rich history of the Galante Family mirrors the complexity of their estate wines.

Galante Vineyards strives to grow the best grapes possible then let the fruit express itself with as little intervention as possible. They take the artisanal rather than artistic approach to winemaking.

Galante’s premier wine is their Blackjack Pasture Cabernet Sauvignon. This age worthy wine has flavors of chocolate and black currants with a long finish. They also make the Red Rose Hill Cabernet Sauvignon and Rancho Galante Cabernet Sauvignon. In addition to Cab, the winery also produces Merlot, Pinot Noir and Sauvignon Blanc.

The Galante Family has a long, storied history in Carmel Valley. Jack Galante’s grandfather actually founded the town of Carmel.
