Dominari
Dominari was founded by Jurgen and Marie Schutz. They have been growing grapes in the Atlas Peak AVA for over a decade and produce small amounts of premium quality Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.

Jurgen and Marie Schutz own and farm Gaudeaumus Vineyard at about 1,700 feet above sea level. The vines are planted in a small valley between sunny mountain ridges. Dominari recently built a tasting room for members of their wine club.
All of Dominari’s grapes are hand picked and sorted. The vines are meticulously pruned to minimize excess canopy on the vines. Yields are kept below two tons per acre. Dominari lets their grapes hang late into the season.
Domari’s Cab has a deep ruby color with vibrant fruit flavors. 350 cases of this wine are produced each year. Their Merlot is full bodied and has subtle vanilla flavors from French oak. 250 cases are produced each year.
