Brookdale Vineyards
Brookdale Vineyards is a Cabernet Sauvignon specialist based in the Oak Knoll AVA of Napa Valley. Owner Kristi Seitz works with winemaker Craig MacLean to produce a single distinguished wine.

Brookdale Vineyards was founded by Mike and Kristi Seitz. In 2000, Mike established Brookdale Vineyard Management and began making his own wine shortly thereafter. Sadly, Mike passed away in a farming accident in 2003. Kristi continues to run the winery, and dedicates each vintage to the memory of her beloved husband.
In addition to vinifying purchased fruit, winemaker Craig MacLean has access to the estate grapes grown in Three Daisies Vineyard. Mr. MacLean is a well-known in the Napa Valley wine industry and works for several other small producers in addition to Brookdale.
The 2003 Brookdale Cabernet Sauvignon was aged in French oak for 22 months before bottling. This is a balanced wine with a gorgeous ruby color. 6% Merlot was blended with 94% Cabernet Sauvignon to fill out the mid-palate. Only 500 cases of this limited wine were produced.
