Vito and Linda Bialla live in the town of Tiburon in Marin County. Their wine label is a picture of the historic home they live in on the San Francisco Bay.
Bialla Vineyards is rarely affected by fog, and their Cabernet Sauvignon grapes enjoy abundant sun and wind exposure. They make limited quantities of premium quality wine. Their first release was the 2003 Atlas Peak Cabernet Sauvignon. Winemaker Craig MacLean made only 150 cases of this impressive wine. It is sold exclusively through their mailing list.
Hector Lopes is the vineyard manager for Bialla Vineyards. Lopes formerly worked for Charlie and Chuck Wagner at Caymus Vineyards. In addition to the Cab vines, there is also a cave and private tasting room on the property.
