Battaglini Estate

Founded in 1994, Battaglini Estate is located in the Russian River Valley AVA. Since 1998, the winery has focused on solely estate grown and produced wines. The vineyard is planted with Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, and Chardonnay. Some of these vines are extremely old and were originally planted in 1885.
Battaglini Estate makes a number of different Zinfandels including the 2004 Zinfandel Select, 2004 Zinfandel Proprietor’s Reserve, and 2004 Zinfandel Estate. Each of these wines has won awards at the 2006 California State Fair and 2006 Pittsburg Sea Festival.
The winery also produces the 2004 Chardonnay Reserve and 2004 Petite Sirah made with grapes from 120 year old vines. Additionally, Battaglini has many library selections from previous vintages available for purchase.
