Anglim Winery is a small, family owned Paso Robles producer that specializes in Viognier and Syrah. Anglim carefully sources grapes from only the best small grape growers.

Steve and Steffanie Anglim are the owners of Anglim Winery. Steve is the winemaker, while Steffanie takes care of sales and marketing. The couple’s two daughters, Stephanie and Sofia, are also involved in the family business. Annual production is limited to between 3,000 and 4,000 cases a year.
Anglim sources grapes from some very impressive properties. These include Bien Nacido Vineyards, Fiddlestix Vineyard, Cass Vineyards, Fralich Vineyard, French Camp Vineyard, Kokopelli Vineyard, Starr Ranch, Vista Creek Vineyard, St. Peter of Alcantara Vineyard, and Paso Del Sol Vineyard.
The 2003 Reserve Syrah Best Barrel Blend was made from grapes grown in French Camp Vineyard and Fralich Vineyard which are both located in Paso Robles. 2% Roussanne is blended with 98% Syrah for this wine. It was aged in 90% new French oak for 18 months and was not fined or filtered before bottling.
The 2005 Bien Nacido Vineyard Viognier was made with grapes from this famous Santa Maria Valley property. It was aged on its lees for 7 months in a combination of neutral French oak, and stainless steel tanks.
