DeLoach Vineyards
DeLoach Vineyards produces many different varietals, but is particularly known for Zinfandel, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay. The winery is located in Sonoma County’s Russian River Valley AVA.
Fanucchi Vineyards
In 1992, Peter Fanucchi established Fanucchi Vineyards in the Russian River Valley. His parents originally moved to the area in 1972. He produces old-vine Zinfandel and a rare varietal named Trousseau Gris.
Frei Brothers
Andrew Frei arrived in Sonoma County during the late 1880s. He bought his first vineyards from Charles Dunz in 1890 and was soon producing over 20,000 cases of wine a year. In 1903, Walter and Luis Frei took over the newly named Frei Brothers Winery. E & J Gallo Winery purchased the wine producer in 1978.
Halleck Vineyard
Halleck Vineyard is located in the Russian River Valley AVA. Ross and Jennifer Halleck planted their tiny, one acre vineyard in 1993 and had their first full harvest in 1999.
Hop Kiln Winery
Hop Kiln Winery is located in the Middle Reach part of Russian River Valley. The Middle Reach is the heart of this famous Sonoma County AVA. Hop Kiln specializes in Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Inman Family
The Inman Family produces very small lots of two classic French varietals: Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. All of their wines are made with estate grown grapes from the Russian River Valley AVA.
J Vineyards & Winery
J Vineyards & Winery was founded by Judy Jordan in 1986. Specializing in cooler weather varietals, J produces a brut sparkling wine as well as still versions of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Gris.
Kosta Browne Winery
Kosta Browne Winery is a small producer that specializes in Pinot Noir from the Santa Lucia Highlands, Sonoma Coast, and Russian River Valley. They are located in the town of Sebastopol in Sonoma County.
La Crema Winery
Located in the Russian River Valley AVA, La Crema Winery is a Pinot Noir and Chardonnay specialist. Additionally, La Crema makes some outstanding wines with grapes from the Sonoma Coast, Carneros, and Anderson Valley AVAs.
Merry Edwards Wines
Merry Edwards Wines is a small Russian River Valley winery that specializes in Pinot Noir. Merry Edwards' 2003 Klopp Ranch Methode a Lancienne Pinot Noir was recently ranked #21 on Wine Spectator’s 2006 Top 100 List.
