Dierberg Vineyards
Natives of Missouri, Jim and Mary Dierberg have owned Hermannhof since 1974. Because Missouri is not an ideal climate for varietals such as Cabernet and Chardonnay, they sought out a vineyard in Happy Canyon, near Santa Barbara. Two vineyards were purchased and are known as Dierberg.
Dragonette Cellars
Sourcing its grapes from the Central Coast and Santa Barbara County, Dragonette Cellars selects grapes acre by acre. Dragonette Cellars is a completely family-run winery. The tasting room is located in Los Olivos, well-known for its boutique wineries.
Foxen Vineyard
Foxen Vineyard produces four vineyard designate Pinot Noirs. This small, premium quality winery owns several properties throughout Santa Barbara County. Best known for Burgundian varietals, Foxen also produces some interesting Bordeaux blends.
Huber Cellars
Norman and Traudl Huber fell in love with the region and began planting vineyards in 1986. After selling grapes to other wineries for several years, they produced their first wine in 2000. Huber Cellars remains a family run winery.
Koehler Winery
Koehler Winery is located just of the Foxen Canyon Trail in Santa Ynez Valley wine country. Winemaker Chris Stanton is best known for his Cabernet Sauvignon, Pinot Noir, and a red blend named "Magia Nera."
La Vie Vineyards
La Vie Vineyards produces a very small amount of hand crafted wine from coastal vineyards throughout California. Owners Ariel and Angelica La Vie organically farmed estate vineyard grows most of the fruit for their Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Lane Tanner Winery
Lane Tanner Winery produces 1,800 cases of outstanding Pinot Noir and Syrah each year. Several of Ms. Tanner’s wines are made from single vineyards in the Santa Maria Valley AVA.
Loring Wine Company
Loring Wine Company sources Pinot Noir grapes from some of the best vineyards in the Central Coast. Owner Brian Loring has a passion for all things Burgundian. All Mr. Loring makes is Pinot Noir, and this specialization produces excellent results.
Sanford Winery
Sanford Winery is the original winery in the Santa Rita Hills AVA. The Sanford & Benedict Vineyard was planted in 1971. This was a time when no one else thought the chilly region could produce world class wine.
Sea Smoke Cellars
Sea Smoke Cellars is a cult producer of Pinot Noir in Western Santa Barbara County. In 1999, owner Bob Davids began planting his estate vineyard in the Santa Rita Hills AVA. It is currently made up of 23 vineyard blocks that are each meticulously cared for.
