Oakville Wineries (Back to overview)

Located in the heart of the Napa Valley, Oakville is blessed with a warm, sunny climate and gravelly loam soils that drain exceptionally well. Some of Napa's best wineries take advantage of these conditions. Over 90% of the AVA's arable land is planted with vineyards. Bordeaux varietals dominate, but many other grapes are planted including Zinfandel, Syrah, and Sangiovese.
