Coombsville wineries are located southeast of the town of Napa. Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc are the most successful varietals. Syrah, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay are also grown.

Farella Vineyard

In 1985, Frank Farella founded Farella Vineyard in the Coombsville region east of the town of Napa. His son, Tom Farella, currently produces about 1,000 cases of wine a year.

Buoncristiani Family Winery is a partnership of 4 brothers in the Napa Valley. Matt, Jay, Aaron and Nate handle all aspects of wine production from the vine to the bottle. Their wines have received an impressive amount of critical acclaim over the past few years.

Tulocay Winery is located in the Coombsville wine region east of the town of Napa. The winery was founded in 1975 by Bill Cadman. He made is first wine in 1974 with grapes purchased from Yountville.

Caldwell Vineyard was established by John Caldwell after the city of Napa refused to let him build a high end subdivision in the Coombsville region. This was a blessing in disguise for wine lovers.

Dolce Winery

Dolce is a late-harvest wine made with grapes grown in Napa Valley’s Coombsville region. The Nickel Family, Dirk Hampson, and Larry Maguire are the owners of Dolce, Far Niente, and Nickel & Nickel.
