Atlas Peak Wineries (Back to overview)

Atlas Peak wineries are located on western facing volcanic hillsides in the Eastern Napa Valley. Full bodied red varietals thrive in vineyards that are normally above the fog line. Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Syrah, and Sangiovese are widely planted in this sunny and windy region.

Ardente Winery

Located high above the Napa Valley floor, Ardente Winery produces wines which embody the definition of their name: "passionate, with flaming desire.” The opulent reds produced by owners Carlo and Marie Francoise are the result of meticulous attention to detail and prime vineyard land.

In 1996, Jocelyn Wines was established by Lonen Curtis. The winery is currently owned by his daughter, Brandi Jocelyn Park. She makes Cabernet Sauvignon with grapes grown in the Atlas Peak AVA.

Piero Antinori founded Atlas Peak Vineyards in 1987. Antinori is from an ancient family of Tuscan winemakers. His flagship wine is a Sangiovese blend.

Cobblestone Vineyards owns properties in Atlas Peak and the Arroyo Seco AVA in Monterey County. Cobbletone’s Cabernet Sauvignon is grown in their Atlas Peak vineyard.

Dominari was founded by Jurgen and Marie Schutz. They have been growing grapes in the Atlas Peak AVA for over a decade and produce small amounts of premium quality Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot.
