Bink Wines
Bink Wines is based in Southern Mendocino County’s Yorkville Highlands AVA. Bink is owned by winemaker Deborah Schatzlein and winegrower Cindy Paulson. They produce Syrah, Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Sauvignon Blanc.
Black Kite Cellars
Located in Mendocino County’s Anderson Valley AVA, Black Kite Cellars specializes in Pinot Noir. The winery is located near the Navarro River which runs the length of the valley and empties into the Pacific Ocean.
Blue Oak Vineyards
Blue Oak Vineyards is located on a 160 acre property in the Potter Valley. Its 108 acres of vineyards is planted with several different varietals. Several creeks run through this beautiful property.
Breggo Cellars
Breggo Cellars was established by Douglass Ian Stewart and Ana Lucia BenÌtez-Stewart. Douglass grew up on his family’s farm in Sonoma, and has been surrounded by grape growing and winemaking since he was young.
Christine Woods Winery
Among the first settlers in the Anderson Valley, John and Elizabeth Gschwend gave birth to a daughter named Christine. Local legend has it that she was the first white child born in the Anderson Valley.
Claudia Springs Winery
Centrally located in the Anderson Valley AVA, Claudia Springs Winery is one of the true gems of Mendocino County. They have won medals for every single vintage that they have produced since their inception in 1989.
Drew
Drew is a small wine label that is based in the Mendocino Ridge AVA. The winery focuses entirely on small lots of Pinot Noir and Syrah. Each of the wines is made to reflect the terroir of the vineyards.
Edmeades Estate Winery
Edmeades Estate Winery is owned by Kendall-Jackson and sources grapes from all over Mendocino County. They are best known for their Zinfandel production from the Mendocino Ridge. Edmeades buys grapes from Zeni and Alden Vineyards for their two outstanding Zins from the AVA.
Elizabeth Vineyards
Elizabeth Vineyards was established in 1969 in the Redwood Valley AVA and has always been a family run operation. They sell most of their fruit to other producers, but have been making small amounts of their own wine since 1987. Elizabeth Vineyards currently makes about 1,000 cases of Zinfandel and Sauvignon Blanc.
Elke Vineyards
Elke Vineyards was founded by Mary Elke. She began growing grapes in Napa Valley, but another region soon caught their eye. Because the conditions of the Anderson Valley closely resembled Burgundy, Elke knew that Pinot Noir vines would thrive in there.
